DW Insurance & Financial Services Monthly Gift Card Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor
The DW Insurance & Financial Services Monthly Gift Card Draw (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by DW Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 5050 Collin Mckinney Pkwy Ste 204, Mckinney, TX 75070.  Contact: info@dwinsuranceagency.com.

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older, who are existing clients of DW Insurance & Financial Services or have been referred by a client. No purchase, payment, or insurance policy is required to enter or win. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the Sponsor, or anyone residing in their household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period
The Promotion runs monthly, with entries accepted from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month (the “Entry Period”). Entries do not carry over to subsequent months.

4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Promotion in the following ways, each granting one (1) entry:

Leave a Review: Submit a review of DW Insurance & Financial Services on Google Reviews, Trustpilot, or the Sponsor’s designated review platform. Reviews must be verifiable (e.g., via screenshot or link).
Refer a Friend: Provide the name and contact information of a friend or family member to the Sponsor via email ([Agent Email]) or a designated referral form, or have the referred individual mention your name when contacting the Sponsor. Referrals do not need to purchase insurance to qualify as an entry.
Each participant may submit multiple entries (e.g., one review + multiple referrals), but is limited to one (1) prize per month. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and purchasing insurance will not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prize Details
Each month, five (5) winners will be randomly selected to receive one (1) $25 gift card each (e.g., Amazon, Starbucks, or Visa prepaid card; brand subject to availability). The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $25. Total monthly ARV: $125. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

6. Community Donation

For each valid entry (review or referral), the Sponsor will donate $1 to a local community organization, nonprofit organization, up to a maximum of $100 per month. Donations are made regardless of whether entries result in prizes or new business, supporting our local community。

7. Draw and Winner Notification
Draws occur on the last day of each month. Winners will be selected randomly using a verifiable random selection tool (e.g., Random.org). Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw. To claim the prize, winners must respond within seven (7) days with their mailing address. If a winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be announced on the Sponsor’s Facebook and X pages using only their initials and city (e.g., J.S. from Austin), unless they opt out by replying to the notification email.

8. Privacy and Publicity

By entering, participants agree that their initials and city may be used in winner announcements on the our Facebook page and X account, unless they opt out by replying to the notification email. Personal information (e.g., name, email, referral details) will be used solely for administering the Promotion and will not be shared, except as required by law. 9. General Conditions

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Texas Insurance Code §1806.1041, which limits promotional gifts to $25 or less per person.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or invalid entries, or for technical issues affecting entry submission.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.
The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, Amazon, Starbucks, or any gift card provider.

10. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or X. By entering, participants release Facebook and X from any liability related to the Promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release the Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability for losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
